Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in Georgia is seeking a customer-focused Teller to provide accurate, timely transactions and excellent service. The role includes educating clients on digital banking, supporting sales through outbound calls, and leveraging Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to meet client needs across branch teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software basics for branch automation.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
