Qualifications

Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation while handling complex and standard transactions.
Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs for branch referrals.
Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
