Truist in Savannah, GA is seeking a Regular full-time teller to provide timely client service, handle transactions accurately, and maintain thorough records. You will learn and promote digital banking options, support outbound client outreach, and uphold risk management policies while delivering a superior banking experience.

This role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in teller or customer service, strong communication, and ability to multitask.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Travel as needed to accommodate staffing needs and weekends/extended hours.

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous conversations and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, handling workload per branch demands.
