Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Reserve Teller/Client Service Associate to provide timely, accurate client transactions and superior service. You will educate clients on digital banking and assist with outbound calls while supporting IRM activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software needed for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing and locale changes.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and multi-step transactions.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain internal controls and risk-management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
