WesBanco, Inc. in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, identify sales opportunities, and process account transactions within the Banking Center.

As a CSA, you will open new deposit accounts, promote bank products and services, and refer customers to business partners. You will participate in outbound onboarding calls, prospect new Retail customers, and engage with the community to grow Retail banking relationships.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of cash handling, sales or customer service experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Personally models the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge and assesses customer needs.
• Open new deposit accounts and operate a cash drawer with proper balancing procedures.
• Complies with security, audit procedures and cash controls.
• Achieves production and referral goals through relationship development and outbound calls.
• Collaborates with branch staff to promote a team environment and meet local goals.
