Job summary

The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank is seeking an Assistant Banking Center Manager (ABCM) to supervise Banking Center staff, monitor daily performance, and uphold exceptional customer care. You will act as a trusted financial advisor, guiding customers to the full range of banking products and services while supporting the Retail Management team.

As a supervisory leader, you will mentor staff, manage operations, handle deposits and loan payments, and ensure compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail banking experience.
• NMLS registration and Notary Public are preferred.
• Experience supervising banking staff and operations.
• Familiarity with consumer lending, deposits, and digital banking.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and mentors Banking Center staff for daily duties and coaching.
• Monitors management reports and performance metrics.
• Provides excellent customer care and problem resolution.
• Processes deposits, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Advances cross-sell of bank products and services.
