The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank seeks an Assistant Banking Center Manager to supervise staff, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales across core retail products at our Orleans Banking Center.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, processing deposits and loan payments, and referring clients to other lines for investment, treasury, and digital banking services. Strong supervisory skills and a customer-centric mindset are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum three years supervisory experience in retail banking.
• Able to mentor staff in transactions and platform services.
• Experience with account openings and complex transactions.
• Strong customer relationshipbuilding and communication skills.
• Cyber security awareness to protect digital environment and customers.
• Supervisory aptitude and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to lead opening/closing Banking Center activities.
• Knowledge of bank products and cross-sell across lines.

• Oversees Banking Center staff, assigns schedules, communicates goals, and coaches.
• Monitors performance and operational metrics; ensures accuracy and compliance.
• Provides excellent customer care and resolves inquiries per policy.
• Processes deposits, loan payments, and cash handling accurately.
• Promotes deposit and loan products, referring to other business lines as needed.
• Safeguards customer confidentiality and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Participates in meetings and community events; mentors staff.
• Provides backup to Banking Center Manager as required.
