Job summary

Fidelity Bank is seeking an Assistant Banking Center Manager to supervise staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional customer care at the Banking Center in Massachusetts. The ABCM will mentor staff, monitor performance, and deliver a full range of financial services to help customers reach their financial goals.

The role requires at least three years of supervisory retail banking experience, NMLS registration, and a Notary Public commission.

Qualifications

• Three or more years supervisory experience in retail banking.
• Ability to lead across all bank lines.
• Experience with deposits, loans, and consumer transactions.
• Knowledge of lending products and referrals to other lines.
• Cyber security awareness and safeguarding customer data.
• Ability to open/close Banking Center operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees, supervises and mentors Banking Center staff for daily duties, scheduling, goals, operations and coaching.
• Monitors performance and management reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Develops rapport with customers, greets by name and handles inquiries and problem resolution quickly.
• Provides backup to Banking Center Manager as needed.
• Delivers excellent customer care during daily transactions and addresses inquiries per bank policy.
• Processes deposits, loan payments, cash verification, check cashing and money orders.
• Fulfills all Banking Center opening and closing activities.
• Promotes Bank deposits and consumer loan products to meet customer needs.
• Identifies referrals to Investment Services, TAM, Commercial Lending, Treasury, etc.
• Maintains confidentiality and complies with laws and bank policies.
• Participates in meetings and coaching sessions and completes required training.
