Mutual Bancorp and its Subsidiaries is seeking an Assistant Banking Center Manager (ABCM) to lead a Fidelity Banking Center team and drive exceptional customer care. You will supervise staff, ensure compliant operations, and act as a trusted financial advisor delivering a full range of services to help customers meet their financial goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance monitoring, and collaboration with multiple bank lines while maintaining confidentiality and abiding by policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and four years of progressive retail banking experience.
• NMLS registration and Notary Public commission.
• Medallion signature guarantee training required.
• Minimum of 3+ years supervisory experience and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees, supervises and mentors Banking Center staff for day-to-day duties, scheduling and coaching.
• Monitors and analyzes management reports.
• Builds rapport with customers, greets by name and handles inquiries and resolutions.
• Provides backup to Banking Center Manager.
• Handles daily transactions: deposits, loan payments, cash handling and endorsements.
• Promotes deposit and consumer loan products to meet customer needs.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to bank policies and procedures.
