The ABCM will support the Retail Management team, mentor staff, and contribute to achieving professional growth within the center. Strong leadership and knowledge of banking operations are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in retail banking.
• Strong knowledge of bank products, services and account maintenance.
• Ability to mentor staff and lead daily banking center operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Banking Center staff and coordinate daily operations and scheduling.
• Monitor management reports and performance metrics.
• Provide exceptional customer care and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Assist customers with deposits, loan payments and basic transactions.
• Promote bank products and refer to other lines of business as appropriate.
• Support Banking Center Manager and participate in coaching sessions.
