Job summary

The Assistant Banking Center Manager (ABCM) supervises staff at a Cape Cod 5 Banking Center, ensuring top customer care and smooth daily operations. You will mentor team members, monitor performance, and support staff in achieving their professional goals.

Responsibilities include handling deposits, loan payments, and product referrals while maintaining compliance and confidentiality. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred with NMLS and Notary credentials highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or four years of progressive retail banking experience.
• NMLS registration and Notary Public commission.
• Completion of Medallion signature guarantee training.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and mentors Banking Center staff for daily operations and goals.
• Monitors management reports and delivers quality customer care.
• Greet customers, discuss deposit/loan products, and refer to other lines.
• Provide back-up to Banking Center Manager and manage opening/closing.
• Process deposits, loan payments, and various transactions per policy.
