Qualifications

• Three or more years supervisory experience, including retail banking supervision.
• Ability to mentor staff and lead in daily banking operations.
• Experience with deposits, loan payments, and teller transactions.
• Familiarity with consumer and business banking services and cross-sell.
• Knowledge of bank policies, security, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Banking Center staff and daily operations, including scheduling and coaching.
• Monitors performance and manages reporting.
• Builds rapport with customers and addresses inquiries with timely resolutions.
• Provides back-up support to the Banking Center Manager.
• Handles banking transactions, deposits, loan payments, and endorsements.
• Promotes bank products and services to meet customer needs.
• Discusses lending opportunities and assists with loan applications when appropriate.
• Upholds customer confidentiality and compliance with laws.
