Job summary

Mutual Bancorp and its Subsidiaries in Worcester, MA is seeking an Assistant Banking Center Manager (ABCM) to supervise staff, manage daily operations, and ensure exceptional customer care at Front Street Banking Center.

You will advise customers on deposits, loans, and digital banking options, mentor tellers, and coordinate opening/closing procedures while supporting the Banking Center Manager and contributing to branch goals.

Qualifications

• Three or more years supervisory experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of deposit, lending, and consumer loan products.
• Ability to mentor staff and deliver high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Banking Center staff for day-to-day operations, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitors management reports and performance metrics.
• Greets customers, assists with account openings, deposits, loan payments, and problem resolution.
• Advices customers on Bank products and services, and cross-sells when appropriate.
• Ensures opening and closing procedures are followed and compliance maintained.
