Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of recent retail banking experience leading a team to meet goals.
• Strong supervisory abilities and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to participate in sales programs and achieve sales/referral targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships to sell financial products and services.
• Assist clients with account concerns and explain service charges and features.
• Generate sales leads and develop business partners through community outreach.
• Coach and engage the team to meet service expectations and compliance guidelines.
• Oversee center audit/compliance procedures and security during opening/closing procedures.
• Represent the bank professionally in all interactions.
