Job summary

MidFirst Bank is seeking an Assistant Banking Center Manager in Anthem, AZ to support daily bank operations and lead a team of sales and service professionals. You will drive sales, retain customers, and oversee service quality while ensuring compliance and security procedures are followed.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, processing loans and accounts, building client relationships, and generating community sales leads. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years successful sales experience; banking experience preferred.
• Supervisory abilities including leadership, decision making and conflict resolution.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Must have a current Notary or be willing to become one at the bank's expense.

Responsibilities

• Assist Banking Center Managers with daily operations and lead a team of sales and service professionals.
• Process loan applications, customer financial transactions, open new accounts and sell banking products.
• Build and maintain client relationships to uncover and meet needs with financial products.
• Generate sales leads through community outreach and develop business partners.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues; ensure compliance and security procedures.
• Coach staff, schedule, train, review time cards and participate in performance evaluations.
