MidFirst Bank in Arizona is seeking an Assistant Banking Center Manager to support daily operations and lead a team of sales and service professionals. You will drive sales, manage customer relationships, and ensure compliance while expanding business with new and existing clients.

You will coach staff, handle loan processing and account openings, and participate in community outreach to generate leads. Weekend hours and notary eligibility are required for the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years successful sales experience; prior banking experience preferred.
• Supervisory abilities and leadership to motivate staff.
• Able to participate in the sales and referral activities program.
• Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours as required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
• Must have a current Notary or be willing to become one.

Responsabilités

• Assist in overseeing operational functions of the banking center and coach staff.
• Process loan applications, customer transactions, open new accounts, and sell banking products.
• Build and maintain client relationships to uncover needs and sell financial products.
• Generate sales leads through community outreach and develop business partners.
• Address customer questions, explain charges and product features, resolve issues.
• Ensure audit/compliance procedures and security measures are followed; train associates.
• Coaching, scheduling, performance reviews, and other supervisory duties.
