Job summary

OneMain is seeking a Branch Manager in Gilbert, AZ to lead a customer-focused lending team. You will coach staff, drive sales goals, and ensure compliance while delivering superior customer service.

Travel for local business development is required, and licensing may be needed within six months of start date. In this role you will create an engaging work environment, recruit and develop diverse talent, and guide employees toward meeting financial objectives responsibly.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience coaching and leading a team.
• Proven experience meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months where required.

Responsibilities

• Build a customer-focused environment, ensuring all lending options are presented for review.
• Manage collection activities including consulting with customers on past-due loan payments.
• Attract and develop high-quality and diverse talent.
• Coach team members by providing actionable feedback and empowering career growth.
