Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Proven leadership experience coaching and guiding a team.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to obtain any required insurance licensing within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Create an engaging, customer-focused branch environment.
• Lead and coach staff to deliver loan products that meet customer needs.
• Oversee collections conversations and repayment discussions for past-due accounts.
• Attract, develop, and retain high-quality, diverse talent.
