Qualifikationen

• Oversees daily operations and profitability of assigned Banking Center.
• Conducts weekly/monthly branch sales meetings.
• Administers bank policies, procedures and regulations to minimize risk.
• Supervises, coaches and counsels staff activities to achieve goals.
• Uses knowledge to handle complex client transactions.
• Supervises staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salaries, terminations.
• Works with Regional President to set referrals goals with business units.
• Leads sales of bank products to build usage and relationships.
• Represents the bank in local community organizations.
• Maintains regular attendance and completes required training.
