First Merchants Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager to lead a busy banking center, drive deposits and loans, coach staff, and ensure operational soundness. You will develop and implement sales plans, mentor the team, and oversee compliance and service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record in sales, and experience in banking operations. This is a full-time on-site position based in Indiana.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of sales, management, banking, or related experience including supervisory responsibility.
• S.A.F.E Act registration via the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
• Notary Public designation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operations and ensure compliance of the banking center.
• Develop and implement an aggressive sales and marketing strategy to drive deposits, loans and referrals.
• Open accounts and process loan applications for consumer and business customers.
• Coach and develop staff, conduct weekly meetings, and monitor pipelines and performance.
