Job summary

Mutual Bancorp and its Subsidiaries is seeking an Assistant Banking Center Manager to supervise staff, deliver excellent customer care, and promote a full range of financial services. You will mentor team members, monitor performance, and ensure operations run smoothly within the Fidelity Banking Center.

The role includes assisting in lending opportunities, handling deposits, and maintaining customer confidentiality while upholding bank policies.

Qualifications

• Three or more years supervisory experience and proven leadership capabilities.
• Conversant in all Bank business lines.
• Ability to independently complete and mentor others in transactions and platform services.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage opening/closing activities.
• Knowledge of consumer, business, deposit, lending products and digital banking.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Banking Center staff, scheduling, goals, and coaching.
• Monitors and analyzes management reports.
• Builds rapport with customers and handles inquiries promptly.
• Provides backup to Banking Center Manager.
• Executes banking transactions, deposits, loan payments, and endorsements.
• Manages opening and closing activities of the Banking Center.
• Promotes bank products and cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensures compliance with laws, policies, and procedures.
