Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or combination of secondary education and four years of progressive retail banking experience.
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration.
• Notary Public commission.
• Completion of Medallion signature guarantee training required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and mentors Banking Center staff for day-to-day duties including scheduling and coaching.
• Monitors and analyzes management reports and customer interactions.
• Develops rapport with customers and understands account ownership types and authority.
• Provides backup to Banking Center Manager and ensures service quality.
• Performs deposits, loan payments, cash handling and other transactions per policy.
• Handles opening/closing activities of the Banking Center.
• Advances deposit and consumer loan products to meet customer needs.
• Identifies referrals to other lines of business (Investment Services, TAM, etc.).
• Maintains customer confidentiality and complies with laws and procedures.
