Job summary

Fidelity Cooperative Bank is seeking an Assistant Banking Center Manager to lead Banking Center staff, monitor performance, and ensure premier customer care. You will deliver a full range of financial services and act as a trusted advisor to meet customers' goals.

As a member of the retail management team, you will coach staff, handle deposits and loan transactions, and promote bank products. A Bachelor's degree and NMLS are preferred; Notary and medallion training are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or four years of progressive retail banking experience.
• NMLS registration and Notary Public commission required.
• Medallion signature guarantee training completed or to be completed.

Responsibilities

• Oversees, mentors Banking Center staff for daily duties, goals, operations and coaching.
• Monitors management reports and ensures high customer care standards.
• Develops rapport with customers and handles inquiries and problem resolution.
• Provides backup to the Banking Center Manager and supports staff development.
• Executes banking transactions, opens accounts and assists with loan applications.
• Engages in community groups and participates in meetings and coaching sessions.
