The role focuses on developing new business, retaining relationships, and handling loan applications, new accounts, and product referrals, with weekend hours and supervisory duties as part of the leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Three years of successful sales experience in an incentive-driven or relational selling environment; banking experience preferred.
• Supervisory leadership: coach, schedule, train, evaluate performance.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Notary; Bank-paid.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the banking center and support staff.
• Process loan applications and customer-initiated financial transactions; open new accounts.
• Sell banking products and services; build and maintain customer relationships.
• Generate sales leads through community outreach and partnerships; develop business relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries with positive solutions; ensure regulatory compliance and training.
