Job summary

Prosperity Bank is seeking a Banking Center President in Lakeway, TX, to grow and manage a commercial client base with revenues from $5M to $500M. You will lead a team, develop client relationships, and execute credit and loan strategies to drive revenue and cross-sell banking products.

The role emphasizes relationship management, credit knowledge, and leadership, with expectation to build the franchise for the long term in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.

Qualifications

• Seven years minimum direct lending or credit support experience with focus on business relationships.
• Formally credit trained and/or underwriting knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with sales, loan processing and closing processes.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial clients and obtain quality new business via calls, referrals, and cross selling.
• Develop and maintain COIs; network in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
• Structure loans and perform credit analysis for a range of commercial deals.
• Generate commercial and real estate loans, often $1M–$10M.
• Contribute to deposit growth through cross selling banking products.
• Lead and coach team members; drive performance and opportunities.
