Job summary

WesBanco seeks an experienced Banking Center Supervisor to lead the sales, service and operations of the banking center. You will train staff and report to the Banking Center Manager or District Manager while supporting sales initiatives and ensuring compliance.

Strong supervisory, customer service and cash-handling skills are essential. The role may be assigned to more than one office and requires maintaining confidentiality of employee and customer information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisor or leadership experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises banking center to ensure day-to-day sales, service and operations.
• Trains and develops the staff.
• Assists Banking Center Manager in promoting a sales culture.
• Handles operational audits and reports, monitors cash levels and control accounts.
• Schedules staff and conducts regular sales and operational team meetings.
• Evaluates performance with the Banking Center Manager during the evaluation process.
