Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory or leadership experience.
• Minimum of 3 years cash handling, sales or customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises banking center to ensure day-to-day sales, service and operations.
• Trains and develops staff.
• Promotes a sales culture and ensures staff coaching.
• Handles audits, reports, cash control and branch operations.
• Schedules staff and conducts regular sales/operational meetings.
• Maintains confidentiality and fosters customer relationships.
