Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisor or leadership experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.
• Strong product knowledge for selling and cross-selling performance.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Supervises banking center to ensure day-to-day sales, service and operations.
• Trains and develops the staff.
• Promotes a sales culture within the banking center.
• Fosters customer service excellence and cross-selling of bank products.
• Manages operational audits, reports, and cash handling controls.

• Evaluates staff performance with managers.
