Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor or leadership experience.
• Minimum 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Personally models the standards of the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge.
• Assess the financial needs of Banking Center clients and make appropriate recommendations.
• Contribute to goals by promoting the sales culture within the banking center.
• Demonstrate ability to sell and cross-sell the Bank's products and services.
• Handle operational aspects including audits and reports, and monitor cash levels.
