WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Banking Center Leader to drive customer engagement and oversee the banking center's operations, sales and service delivery. The role includes meeting with customers in branch and at customer locations, coordinating with business partners, and leading outside sales efforts to grow the client base.

Candidates will oversee staff training, ensure compliance with policies, and actively participate in community service opportunities to expand the bank's footprint.

Qualifications

• Assesses financial needs of Banking Center clients and recommends solutions.
• Promotes a sales culture with coaching and training for staff.
• Leads development of small business opportunities and outside sales efforts.
• Ensures adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Personally models the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge.
• Meets and exceeds banking center sales goals for loans, deposits, referrals and profitability.
• Promotes product/service sales and cross-sell initiatives to achieve team targets.
• Recruiting, hiring, coaching and training Banking Center staff.
• Oversees audits, cash controls and daily branch operations.
• Represents the bank in community and service club activities.
• Communicates goals and provides ongoing performance feedback.
