Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Banking Center Supervisor to lead sales, service and operations within a WesBanco location. The role oversees daily banking center activities, trains staff, and supports the Banking Center Manager or District Manager to meet goals.

The position may be assigned to more than one office and is 100% in-office. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, prior supervisory experience, and a proven ability to promote sales while ensuring compliance and

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of supervisor or leadership experience required.
Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.

Responsibilities

Personally models the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge.
Assess the financial needs of Banking Center clients and make appropriate recommendations.
Promote a sales culture within the banking center and contribute to team goals.
Demonstrate ability to sell and cross-sell the Bank's products and services.
Handle operational aspects including audits, reports, cash management and control of over/short.
Provide coaching and training to retail staff to identify referral opportunities.
Schedule staff and conduct regular sales and operational team meetings.
Evaluate performance in coordination with Banking Center Manager or District Manager.
