Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Banking Center Supervisor to lead a full-service banking center in Brandenburg. The role focuses on driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and coordinating staff development and operations to meet service and revenue goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, sales leadership, and community engagement, with experience in banking products and outside business development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisor or leadership experience is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manages by meeting and exceeding banking center sales goals for loans and deposits.
• Develop and expand knowledge for small business banking and client referrals.
• Oversee branch operations, training, coaching and staff development to achieve objectives.
• Promote products and services and build customer relationships through proactive outreach.
