Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisor or leadership experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive work environment and provides ongoing recognition for exceptional performance.
• Oversees day-to-day sales, service and operations of the banking center.
• Trains and develops staff to support sales culture.
• Supports Banking Center Manager in meeting goals and coaching staff.
