Job summary

HomeTrust Bank, a North Carolina-based financial institution, seeks a Banking Center Manager to lead a branch in sales, service, and operations. You will work with the Regional Market Leader to drive growth, coach staff, and ensure compliance with BSA/AML and other regulations.

The role emphasizes community engagement, marketing efforts, and cross-selling financial solutions while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 8+ years banking experience as sales leader in new accounts and lending including HELOC.
• Experience in sales and service leadership roles.
• Proven track record of developing sales and service teams.
• Familiarity with federal and state banking regulations including BSA and USA Patriot Act.
• Knowledge of loan and deposit processing functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch performance to meet/exceed sales and service goals.
• Develop and coach branch employees for performance and growth.
• Ensure fast, courteous, and elite customer service in the branch.
• Develop and promote additional business through community relations.
• Coordinate calling plans/strategies for staff and incumbents.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations with adherence to policies and reporting.
• Cross-sell and refer banking products and services.
• Collaborate with Regional Market Leader on hiring/training employees.
• Source Treasury Management clients and implement services.
• Align interdepartmental goals with company objectives.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with other lines of business to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Increase HomeTrust Bank brand awareness via marketing and community involvement.
