Qualifications

• Promote a positive work culture and associate engagement.
• Represent the company in the local market/community.
• Establish and nurture relationships to expand the client base and collaborate with partners.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing retail banking center team.
• Provide regular coaching and performance evaluations.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies, and risk controls; complete required training.
• Lead operational excellence and manage expenses.
