Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach and manage banking center team to execute strategic initiatives.
• Develop relationships with key clients and partners to expand the client base.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve client issues.
• Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing Retail banking center team.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies, procedures, risk management, and ethics guidelines.
• Lead operational excellence and control expenses in the banking center.
