Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of cash handling, sales, and customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities and processing account transactions.
• Open new deposit accounts and handle cash drawer with accuracy and balance.
• Promote bank products and services and refer customers to internal partners.
• Initiate outbound calls for customer onboarding and prospecting new Retail customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal partners to meet branch goals.
• Comply with bank policies, procedures, and security measures.
