Job summary

WesBanco Bank, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our 100% in-office Banking Center team at the designated Fox Chapel Banking Center.

You will greet customers, process account transactions, and identify sales opportunities while delivering friendly, accurate service. As a CSA, you will open deposits, handle cash with accuracy, support outbound onboarding calls, promote Bank products, and build lasting relationships with both Retail and business customers,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Minimum of one year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of Cash Handling, Sales, and Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities and performing account transactions.
• Open new deposit accounts and connect customers with business partners for referrals.
• Spend time initiating outbound calls focused on onboarding new Retail customers and promoting bank products.
• Promote bank products and services and develop relationships with internal and external partners.
