Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate as a CSR and assist with deposits and transactions.
• Identify referral opportunities and promote bank products and services.
• Build relationships with customers and refer to internal partners as needed.
• Support daily banking center operations and cash handling procedures.
• Initiate outbound calls for customer onboarding and outreach to Retail customers.
