Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the Banking Center team in West Virginia. You will deliver exceptional customer service, identify sales opportunities, and support CSR activities while promoting bank products and services to customers and prospects.

Responsibilities include opening deposit accounts, handling cash, and making referrals to internal partners. You will engage in outbound calls for onboarding and account promotion, contributing to community banking relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year banking experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
