Job summary

wesbancocareers is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to foster a positive environment, providing outstanding service, identifying sales opportunities, opening deposit accounts, and referring customers to partners.

You will engage customers, handle transactions, promote banking products, conduct outbound onboarding calls, and build lasting relationships with Retail banking clients while adhering to bank policies and security measures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of Cash Handling, Sales, and Customer Service experience preferred.
• Must have strong product knowledge and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities.
• Open new deposit accounts and process transactions with accuracy.
• Promote bank products and refer customers to internal and external partners.
• Build relationships with customers and prospect new Retail customers.
• Conduct outbound calls for onboarding and product promotion.
