Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of cash handling, sales, and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open new deposit accounts and operate a cash drawer.
• Identify customer needs and make referrals to internal and external partners.
• Promote bank products and services to customers.
• Promote relationship-building with Retail customers and contribute to business development.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct outbound calls for onboarding and prospecting new Retail customers.
• Maintain security, audit, and cash-handling procedures.
