Job summary

First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a Service Consultant (Call Center Agent) to join our on-site Call Center Team in Kalihi. You will be the first line of communication for customers, assisting with inquiries and building a positive experience in a fast-paced environment.

Training is required for the first 3 months, with a schedule of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, seven days a week. Competitive hourly pay and incentives are available, with a mid-November 2026 start date.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or related experience.
• Able to train Monday-Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm for the first 3 months.
• Strong professionalism and customer orientation.
• Excellent verbal communication and confidentiality.
• Call center experience desirable.
