Qualifications

• Mandatory completion of FHB CSR School.
• Minimum of 2 years as a commercial savings teller or two years in a retail sales environment.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required to perform sales presentations.
• Ability to use judgement and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
• PC skills in word processing are required.
• Must be able to type 35wpm.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to bank customers inside and outside the branch.
• Promote the Bank’s products and services and inform customers of benefits and features.
• Serve as an initial referral contact to personal bankers and specialized areas of the bank.
