Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree/Two years of related experience and/or training.
• 1 year Customer Service experience.
• Knowledge of bank products and policies/procedures.

Responsibilities

• Takes customer calls and provides excellent customer service.
• Assists customers with opening, closing, and maintenance of checking/savings accounts and time deposits.
• Provides information about bank products and services and helps meet customers' financial needs.
• Maintains customer privacy and ensures professional relations with staff and management.
• Handles complaints professionally and assists other departments as needed.

Education

Associate Degree/Two years related experience
