Prosperity Bank is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our Call Center in Lubbock, Plano, or Houston. You will handle checking and savings accounts, deposits, IRAs, loans, and card services while delivering courteous, accurate information and solutions to customers.

Ideal candidates have an Associate Degree or equivalent experience, at least 1 year in customer service, and a good grasp of bank products.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or 2 years related experience or training.
• 1 year Customer Service experience.
• Knowledge of Prosperity Bank products, services and procedures preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer customer questions by listening, collecting data, and resolving problems.
• Assist customers with Checking, Savings, Time Deposits, IRAs, Loans, Safe Deposit Boxes, Internet Banking, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues; meet call quality goals; protect customer privacy.
