Prosperity Bank is seeking a Full Time Customer Service Representative in Lubbock to handle customer calls, open/close accounts, and assist with deposits and loans. The role emphasizes excellent service, product knowledge, and privacy of customer information.

The CSR will maintain professional relationships within the Customer Service Center, strive to meet call quality standards, and support other departments as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Associate degree or 2 years related experience or combination of education and work-related experience.
• Excellent communication and public relations skills.
• Well organized and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed or required.

Responsabilidades
