Prosperity Bank is seeking a Full Time Customer Service Representative for the Lubbock Annex, with opportunities in Lubbock, Plano, or Houston. The role involves handling calls, answering questions, and assisting customers with checking, savings, time deposits, IRAs, loans, safe deposit boxes, and debit/credit cards.

Education required includes an Associate degree or two years of related experience; 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.

Competenze

Associate degree or two years of related experience or training.
1 year of customer service experience.
Excellent communication and public relations skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Well organized; ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work overtime as needed.

Mansioni

Takes customer calls and answers questions; resolves issues promptly.
Assists customers with checking, savings, time deposits, IRAs, loans, safe deposit boxes, internet banking, debit/credit cards.
Maintains professional relations within the Customer Service Center and with other departments.
Explains Bank products and services and assists in opening, closing, and maintaining accounts.
Keeps management informed of problems and ensures call quality standards.
