Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience with customers in any setting (volunteering, education, military acceptable).
• Demonstrated customer service skills preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Teller experience preferred; training will be provided on hire.
• Strong organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication—concise, clear, and consistent.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to schedule and prioritize work; meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of tasks across the Store, including transactions and new accounts.
• Provide end-to-end advice and educate customers on TD products and services.
• Build trusted relationships through education, guidance, and proactive recommendations.
• Identify customer needs and refer to the appropriate TD partner or team.
• Complete everyday banking transactions on teller or platform with accuracy.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, debit/credit card issues, and digital banking.
• Lead and manage customer interactions to drive referrals and enhance the customer experience.
