Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Must complete Teller training and part 1 of platform training on hire.
• Strong organizational skills for fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, concise and clear.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provides legendary customer service while transacting, promoting, educating and referring TD Products to customers.
• Establishes and nurtures customer relationships by displaying product knowledge and engaging in conversations to identify needs and offer solutions.
• Manages wait times to meet with a Banker by scheduling, rescheduling or canceling client meetings.
• Engages in lobby leadership and is the first point of contact for customer inquiries and scheduling appointments with experts.
• Understands and supports the Bank’s customer service strategy.
• Drives referrals to Store colleagues and partners to support broader financial needs.
• Ensures tasks are performed within policy and procedures and completes required training.
• Complies with TD Code of Conduct and governance requirements.
